Hi, I'm Rolo Mae, founder of this Human Design practice. With over 20 years in corporate America and 15 years coaching basketball, I've observed how people thrive when they understand their natural wiring—what energizes them, what drains them, and how clarity sparks transformation.

I’ve spent over 20 years in corporate America, 15 years coaching basketball, observing how people move through life—what energizes them, what drains them, and how clarity changes everything. Over time, I realized that real transformation doesn’t come from following formulas or fitting into roles; it comes from understanding how you’re built and moving intentionally in alignment with your design.

On the court, I’ve watched young athletes find confidence they didn’t know they had. At work, I’ve seen teams shift when someone is willing to bring clarity instead of noise. At home, I’ve learned that presence matters more than performance.

I grew up in the Bay Area, summers in Taos, New Mexico. The Bay taught me execution; Taos taught me listening and timing. That contrast shaped how I approach alignment—understanding how different energies move through the world and create impact.

Over time, I realized people don’t want to be managed—they need to be understood. That insight led me to Human Design, not as a trend, but as a practical framework for seeing how we’re wired, how we make decisions, and where we naturally create influence.

My Native American heritage inspires a client-centered approach, emphasizing integrity, respect, and intentional living. Whether exploring your individual design, parent-child dynamics, or relationship synergies, my goal is to provide professional, reliable guidance that feels approachable and transformative.
